    Online classes: Monthly Subscribers will be billed pro-rata for first month, from the date of sign up. Thereafter you will be billed for the full month in advance. For any billing queries please contact katey@joyfulyogi.co.za
    In-person classes: All classes are to paid upfront. If regular/ongoing classes are arranged, payment can be made on a monthly basis, with payment taking place no later than the 25th of each month. Classes located more than a 15-kilometer radius from my home in Parkhurst will incur an additional travel fee, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.

    Online classes: Paying members to reserve the right to cancel their membership at any time. Cancellations must take place before your next billing cycle begins. No refunds will be issued.
    In-person classes: Please respect the time it takes to prepare for each session by notifying any canceled classes no less than 24 hours in advance. Classes canceled within 5 hours of the scheduled time will be charged in full.

    Please consult with your physician before beginnings any exercise program. By participating in these online classes or program, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release Joyful Yogi from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of yoga with Joyful Yogi’s negligence.

    In-person classes: I always put the safety of my students first, and am qualified in First Aid (Level 1). It is up to each student to disclose any injuries or medical conditions and concerns upfront. It is up to each student to follow instructions and move mindfully through their practice. Should you prefer not to receive any hands-on adjustments and assists, please communicate this upfront clearly prior to any class.

    In-person classes: I have yoga mats available for students should they not have their own. Please confirm upfront should mats be required. Any props (yoga straps, wheels, or bands) are welcome to be used, but please use them respectfully. Any damage done to my props and mats will be for the student’s own expense.
